    A: We mainly produce customised carbon steel as well as aluminium alloy profiles for PV mounting systems.
  • Q: What are the main application areas of your products?
    A: Our products cover almost the whole range of applications of PV racking systems, mainly ground-mounted power plants, industrial and commercial roofs, household roofs, Balcony, agricultural greenhouses/fishery-photovoltaic, mountains and hills, and car park roofs.
  • Q: Can you do customised products?
    A: Yes, we mainly do customised products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
  • Q: Do you produce standard parts?
    A: Yes, besides customised products, we also have some standard parts which are mainly used in PV mounting, we also call them PV mounting accessories, mainly including 4141, 4152 U-beam, 3040*1.2 H-rail, 3040*1.2 back-type rail, and so on.
  • Q: How is the production capacity of your company?
    A: Annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes; 10 standardised production lines; more than 70 sets of accessory processing equipment; raw material supply cycle of 5 days to the factory; long-term inventory stocking 100MW; automatic punching 8 lines; monthly production capacity of 500MW, annual production of 5GW, total turnover of 1.5 billion in the past three years.

    A: There are more than 200 employees in our company, including more than 50 professional technicians and 10 engineers.

    A: First of all, we have a corresponding inspection after each process, for the final product, we will do full inspection according to customer's requirements and international standards; Then, we have advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry, which can completely ensure that we can provide our customers with high-precision final casting finished parts, and at the same time, we can ensure that we can meet the customer's quality certificate or test report for the steel, coating materials, we can ensure to meet the customer's quality certificate or test report of steel, coating materials, welding process evaluation report, welding non-destructive testing report and coating test data and other comprehensive testing requirements.
